A supportive community for cooking, engagement, and whole food, plant-based (WFPB) wellness support


The CNS Kitchen community was built to offer a safe, supportive space for people looking to adopt or maintain a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle. 

We are a fun, educational community of people who understand that a whole food plant-based lifestyle, a positive outlook, physical movement, and the support of others can heal and enrich our lives.

We want you to get healthy, stay healthy, and enjoy the ride along the way!

Why You Should Join

CNS Kitchen is a free online community created to offer a safe, supportive environment for people trying to adopt or maintain a whole food, plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle. It is a space for you to join people similarly passionate about pursuing a health-promoting lifestyle.

Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, you will only receive content that meets the evidence-based nutritional standards that have distinguished our organization and our renowned Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate for more than a decade.
